Out to an early morning meeting. Groceries should arrive shortly then I'm gone. I've blown my low carb week. Family emergencies yesterday caught me off guard. Tonight I am practicing my pizza making skills in our new oven for company Saturday night. Needless to say, my carbs today will be high, calories ok though.

S - Light & Fit Greek Caramel Fudge Pretzel
L - 1 can tuna mixed with 1 tbsp. mayo, 133 gr cuke and red onion with 1 tbsp. Italian dressing and 1 oz feta
S - 3 oz egg salad
D - 4 oz haddock (this is a test, because I usually only eat battered deep fried fish, you know fish and chips )
S - Premier protein shake
Totals Cal 930, carbs 35, protein 116

Today I'm swimming then after a yoga class. If I can I will try to do some more work in the garden today.
For the eats, I will try to get in my protein with minimal carbs.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Morning all. I guess it's AMAW for one this week. I will double the effort on your behalf Barb, lol. Hope everything is ok with the family though. I'm in a rush this morning. Will finally start placement at Salvation Army today. Will let you guys know how it works out.
