Good morning everyone!  Another warm fall day out there!! Get out and enjoy!

Nothing on the go again today....

B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese

S - greek yogurt, key lime pie

L - 2 oz spinach with 4 oz chicken breast, 1 oz goat cheese, 3 strawberries, Light Poppyseed dressing

S - 66 gr kolbassa, 4 slices cracker cut cheese

D - 3.4 oz chicken fingers

Hopefully that's all I need because calories are already high.

Totals Cal 1077, carbs 60, protein 87

 

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning everyone.  Ginny your lunch does sound good.

Today I'm swimming this morning, and then driving to visit family and a friend.  As for eats, I'm not sure, my rash keeps flaring up in different parts of my body.  This morning arms and legs, yesterday torso and arms.  This thing is so itchy.  Trying to figure out if it's a food allergy or something else. If it's still around tomorrow, I'll call my doctor.

Good morning :)

Back to teaching today. We are handing back their first assignment so I expect lots of questions and some complaints. 

Once you are in maintenance how do you drum up the motivation to lose weight again? I have had my small rebound and have stabilized for about the last six months. I feel like I would like to lose (re-lose??) about 4-5 pounds though. I'm sure cutting out all carbs would help me lose, but I don't think that is sustainable for me in the long run... Thoughts?

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - pepperette, pickles

Snack - cashews, apricots

Dinner - pork and veg

Snack - pudding 

All water and vits.

Good question. I keep trying to lose some regain and have the motivation but, i can't seem to wrap around my head to do it. I exercise and measure my food etc but i get off the rails more often than i should. I keep justifying that as long as my clothes fit, I'm fine but thats not really the way to do it. I just realized that i do not like the way i look now and it's time for me to face reality and just be committed 100%. Good luck, i'm sure you'll find the motivation when you need it.

Morning all. In class again today but it's a shorter day. Will go home then strength and Zumba classes tonight. Not much else going on.

Late posting. Back to work today. Wish I was off it is so nice. Work then home. Knitting group tonight. Little exercise. Need to get my butt in gear. Have been using the sciatica pain as excuse but I think I need to try to walk more anyway
