What are you eating/doing today ( Monday)

Morning
I am going to start a form of "all meat all week" or AMAW. Going to try it as under 30 carbs per day, which will essentially be all meat, chicken, fish, eggs. Pork and maybe a bit of yogurt.
Breakfast meeting at my house this morning, then working in my office all day.
STEPS : 10,062 plus 13 staircases
EATS
B - 2 large eggs
4 slices of bacon
L - 1. 5 oz of cheddar
D - 4.5 oz of meatloaf
.5 cup of green beans
MYFITNESSPAL TOTALS for the above menu are : Calories - 792, Carbs - 16 grams, Protein - 57 Grams
All water and vits

Just meetings to deal with today. We did a bunch of errands this weekend, but I wish we could have just relaxed. I think I will book next weekend off from life ;) lol.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - egg, cheese
Lunch - chicken and veg stirfry
Snack - pepperette, pickles
Dinner - pork and veg, maybe cabbage roll casserole
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

Not a lot on the go today, except household drudgery. The weekend was good, but I broke out in a rash that may have been a food allergy. I'm going to be very careful about what I eat in the next little while. I had shrimp yesterday and seafood allergies do run in my family.

Back to basics today. Bad eating at convention last week. Worse eating over the weekend. Went to Bala Cranberry Festival. Great day and enjoyed the cranberry bog tour.
