Obviously I haven't had this surgery yet but there is one HUGE bonus to post surgery pain. Every hour and every day it gets better.  Honestly,  it seems to lessen 2 fold over 24 hours.

You can do this.

I hadn't never been in a hospital or had any kind of surgery. I was paranoid about everything you name it, I was worried about it

The night before I slept maybe 2 hours.

Looking back it was way better than I thought. Remember the negative stories you read online as still from the manority of people.  Most people have very little issues and very little discomfort

I basically felt normal in a few days, I just took it real easy because that's what the surgeon wants

Hey gentledomenic

how Many days after surgery till pain was completely gone and you felt like your self?

I had surgery on Friday, today (Sunday) I'm still in discomfort and tired.

Drinking 30 ml of water every 15mins or so and sipping on a protein shake as well

I'd say I was sore for 4-5 days , I walked every day a few times a day to just get moving.

Aches and pains come and go, there is no hard rule. I'm pretty young at 36 so I think that helped being in ok health

How long were your walks

I'd do 2 x15mins a day right out of the hospital

By the end of 2 weeks I was able to do 45mins to an hour

Today I walk 5km 6 days a week

I felt good so I pushed myself, you have to listen to your own body. Some days you can't and that's normal

As your body adjusts you will have times when you feel tired , but the pain from surgery for me was minimal
