Alternative to Opti?

yesterday during my Nurse Assesment, she mentioned that there is an alternative to optifast for patients who are not able to take it for whatever reason.
Does anyone know what it is called?
I think it's Carnation Instant Breakfast. We were told you have to have documented lactose intolerance to get the alternative (which is much cheaper).

Thank you! The nurse said yesterday that I qualify for the alternative as Optifast has aspartame, and aspartame is one of my migraine triggers.

Thanks Cathy! You just said the same thing a friend of mine who had the surgery in 2014 said...just going to wait and see :). The planner in me is going crazy!

Some were given Boost Diabetic with added Beneprotein and others were given an actual food diet to follow. Just wait and see what they tell you to do. Whatever it will be, you can buy locally as it isn't just another prescription meal replacement like Optifast.
I'm going through TWH and I also didn't want to take the Opti so they gave me "Slim Time". Same process - you order it, they ship it to you. Comes in Vanilla and Chocolate. Has splenda.
I'm very serious about what I'm about to say: IT TASTES AMAZING AND I LOVE IT.
No joke. I'm one week into my two weeks of it. It tastes better than some protein shakes I have had before.
Just ask for that, it's no problem at TWH to get it!
