Good morning gang! Back to the grind today. Glad for a 4 day week but they always seem to drag on. Hopefully not the case this week.
Holding steady at 200.4 some day I'll have a different story to tell.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese
S - 2 oz deli turkey, 30 gr old cheddar
L - 1/2 cup chili
S - 2.8 oz pot roast
D - 4 oz chicken sautéed with red pepper and onion, dollop of sour cream/salsa
S - premier protein shake
Totals Cal 955 (a little high maybe?), Carbs 34, protein 117

Good morning everyone. Ginny, try drinking even more water today and see if that pesky scale drops.
The weather was beautiful where we were yesterday and we actually went to the beach. I did get my feet wet but didn't swim because it wasn't that warm. As you say Ginny back to the grind today. I have lots of household chores to do, some gardening, hopefully visit a friend, and maybe some paperwork.
On my menu today will be lots of Greek yogurt (have to use it up), egg scrambled with a little cheese, fish and mashed cauliflower.

Just meetings today, so hopefully they all go well. Got lots of fluid and rest over the weekend which was lovely. We made a zucchini lasagna last night, which I love because we get several days worth of meals.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - egg, cheese
Lunch - pepperette, pickles
Snack - cashews, apricots
Dinner - zucchini lasagna
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Morning all. Hate being late but slept through the alarm clock again today. It doesn't help that the school is far away either. Hope everyone had a happy thanks giving. In school today for half the day. Will go to the Reserve for afternoon class, then home and gym for TRX and Zumba.

This is my yearly week from hell. Convention on Thursday Friday and a Hackathon on Wednesday. Was at Costco and Christie factory picking up food and drink. I think my stomach is not in great shape so taking it fairly easy
