Good morning everyone.  Not sure they will be many responding today.  I know Ginny is camping in Elora.  Such a beautiful little town.  Yesterday DH and I did a drive up north to see the fall colours.  They are gorgeous this year, but not completely turned.

I made a couple of bad choices yesterday (Kahlua espresso creme brulee) but back on the horse today and making some good protein choices.  I'm going to the farmer's market this morning.  It should be like a zoo on Thanksgiving weekend.  The weather is still warm so I may do more work in the garden.  Tomorrow DH and I are going to spend Thanksgiving with family so I will be trying to get more chores done before we go away.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning :)

We were supposed to go to my grandparents house for Thanksgiving lunch today, but I haven't been feeling great this week and then woke up with a sore throat today. My Opa is in his 90's, so I would hate to pass anything on to him. So we will stay home today. Don't have anything else planned.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - chili

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - beef and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Hope you feel better soon Meg. You are wise to not expose your 90 year old family member to this virus.

OMG Nia, 17,000 steps --- you rock.  You have to be loving your Fitbit.  Do you know that you can sync it with My Fitness Pal?

Well I went out in the garden and it sure turned colder compared with yesterday's nice weather.  I had to put a coat on.  The colder weather might help with being able to sleep better tonight.

I love my Fitbit so much, don't know i survived this long without it. Yes i synced it with MFP and it also tells me how much i slept and how many times i was restless. Most times it accurate but sometimes it tells fibs, lol.

Well hope you had fun gardening and this weather will be awesome to sleep in. I have allergies today for some reason, so the benadryl will help too.
