Hey. I am also on optifast for Thanksgiving this is day 8of my 3 weeks I'm also having surgery Oct 25 at Toronto western. I don't think u should be worried but that's great you got a new date. I don't think you messed anything up you should be fine stay positive. Yay I have a surgery buddy.

Yippee!!!! What time? I am at 8 am. So far so good, just a pesky cold I am trying to get rid of. So far no trouble with hunger.

I'm at 11am but gave to be there for 8am so u will be on the losers bench by the time I'm getting started. So exciting.

It's doing very well.bought some Da Vinci gourmet sugar free syrups ... I got butter rum n Butter toffee. It makes it very tasty. Day 10 tomorrow just counting down the days.
