spirulina protein???

I just got a glut of information on spirulina protein, i don't know what to believe

a source said it was super high in protein another said it was super high in mercury

and toxic waste. i am not sure but if it is a super good protein source i want to know about it.

any one know?

It probably depends on the source of the spirulina.
