I had real ups and downs the first two months with energy. Remember that your body is healing and adjust to the rapid weight loss. There is a lot going on inside you and it does take extra energy to heal!
I agree that it seems odd you aren't taking any vitamins yet ... I would recommend at least B12 and D3 for now, the B12 will really help your energy.
Hope you feel better soon. I have no regrets and am feeling really good and healthy now at the just passed 3 months point.

I think it must be the vitamins. I ordered the patchmd ones online and started using the patch on day 2 post surgery. Yesterday was day 5 post op for me and I went to Chudley's apple picking with my family. I was tired at the end of it for sure. But it must be the vitamins keeping me going. I'm still on liquids so only getting in about 400 calories a day.
