Good morning,

I'm off to Windsor this afternoon for my 6 month check up.  I had hoped to be solidly into the 100's but that hasn't happened and that's okay.  I'll get there when the ol' body is ready, right?  My bloodwork is all good so no worries there.

B - lite & fit greek yogurt with 1/4 cup vector granola

S - 2 oz egg salad

L - 3 oz deli turkey, 2 pickles

S - Premier protein

D - 100 gr pulled turkey, broccoli/cauliflower in cheese sauce

S - ?

Totals: Cal 800, carbs 50, Protein 96

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good looking food stats Ginnny.   Are you taking your measurements?   It's good to  check this bi-weekly or monthly too to check for inches lost.

Yes Byrdie, I do my measurements monthly.  Actually, I didn't do it on the weekend so maybe I'll get the tape measure out tonight.

Good morning everyone.  Ginny I hope you had a good birthday yesterday.

I sent an email to General Mills, and they responded that they have discontinued the Yoplait Source Greek Yogurt in the Apple Pie and Vanilla Dark Chocolate flavours.  There are a ton of yogurt flavours in the grocery isle, but those are the ones that I liked that were sugar free.  Maybe I'll do a little cross border shopping at Christmas and get my fill of good flavours then.

Today I'm going to do more work in the garden, so chores at home and then get my hair done.

Good morning :)

Went to the bathroom contractor yesterday and got to start picking out finishes. It's very exciting, but the different options and costs are overwhelming. 

Today I have a meeting and then my mom and I are going to run some errands. She is visiting for the week so we try to hang out as much as possible.

CC that's too bad about the Greek yogurt. I liked those flavours. I was sad when they got rid of the Silhouette yogurt to, as that was my favourite.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - yogurt, pepperette

Lunch - chicken, veg

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - beef and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. Have a safe trip Ginny. It seems for some reason or another, going into the 100's seem to dally for a while for a lot of people. It happened to me too. Glad you don't sweat it and your stats always look good.

Nothing planned today, then Zumba tonight. Hear that CC? ZUMBA!!! I'm going to shake my booty, lol.

S - pumpkin spice scone (found this recipe and it was delish, 4 net carbs)

Calories: 893, carbs 15, fat 55, protein 80

I've been absent for a while. Life has been insane woth caring for grandma work and school. I've got grandma into an home so her doctor will hopefully restart the chemo as that's why she was holding off. And ands ands result of caring and my employer not working with my school schedule I'm currently between jobs. So ands lot of focus on school snd my long long school days and hours of homework.

My eating has slipped and I've gained 8lbs!!!  I lost 5 but it and seems to have snuck back. So, yesterday was hectic so it was a protein shake and spaghetti squash with meatballs and a tomato almost sauce I made. I ate this for lunch snd supper.

Today's menu so far is

Breakfast: Spaghetti squash with some cut up meatball peices about 3-4 small meatballs. And tomato "sauce" I'd say I ate maybe 3/4 of a cup of this and still have some left.

Lunch: I'll be at school so I'm bringing some light babybel to snack on and I might treat myself to a iced coffee-sugar free of course since I haven't been grocery shopping.(Apparently 85 cals)

Supper: I'm thinking a Marc Angelo slouvaki with snow peas or it'll be the rest of the squash/meatballs.

Snacks: ?

I'm really unsure of my stats with the squash and meatballs.... I've been eating the same  about grapefruit sized one for about 6 meals now usually with 3 smaller meatballs and mashed up canned tomatoes simmered down to a sauce.

I let some sugar creep into my eating anizedi I'm working on cutting it all out again!

Also my coverage for physio seems to be wonky so I'm on my own for now.... and I have to talk to a academic counsellor at school and see how my hip dysplasia stand now osteoarthritis will atnndffect my career.

Good morning all. Safe trip Ginny. Nothing exciting today. Just work and home. Woke up with a sore back this morning. I think I stretched something when swimming yesterday.

For some reason my scale says I have lost weight. It seems odd since I was eating pretty badly over the weekend. My scale is only a couple of years old. I keep wondering if it is correct.

This is suppose to be my first week of working only 3 days. I am a little afraid not to work with our conference looming next week. I will see where I stand this afternoon.
