What are you eating/doing today, Tuesday?
Good morning everyone! I so didn't want to get up this morning, best sleep I've had in a long time. Nothing on the go at work, but I do have massage tonight, awww, I need it!
So yesterday's menu didn't cut it for me, was hungry all day. So we'll see how today works out.

Good morning everyone. Ginny those are some great stats on your menu. Are you still taking a PPI (Prevacid etc)? Some people start getting their hunger back around the 6 month mark and find that the stomach acid returning is the culprit.
Today I have a long todo list. I will try to get out in the garden and do more work. Meeting a friend for coffee this afternoon. A Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte with protein powder will be my lunch (27g of protein). Not the best choice, but not much different than having a protein shake.
So I have decided that I like going to the Osteopath. I feel better and he got things moving. I have another appointment later this month.
Have a great day everyone.

Hi CC, yes still taking the PPI, was told to take for 6 months and there's still a few left in the bottle. I also have a refill available so I think I will get that filled just in case.
I think it was just the type of food I had lined up, not really filling stuff in the morning. Hopefully today is better.
Good morning :)
Yesterday was pretty productive, but I didn't end up getting to Value Village. I ended up taking the puppy to the vet -- she has an ear infection. They flushed her ear and put in medicated cream. She was not pleased.
Today I'm teaching, so most of my time will be prepping for that. Maybe seeing my parents tonight as they have come down for Thanksgiving.

Back to work today. Stayed at my son's for the last two days. So meals have been hit and miss. I am going home after work today and am afraid to hit the scale.
work is nuts and I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Sleeping at my son's was horrible. His bed is far to hard for me. So tired as well.
