Good Morning All,

Today is my big day to officially join the losers bench. I'm all packed and just waiting to head out, lol my surgery is not until 2pm but I am so excited I can't sleep lol plus I'm a morning person so I've been up since 5:30 am. I won't lie I am also nervous but is guess thats expected.

Well all have a wonderful day and will let you all know how it went when I'm up and about.

Take some nice deep yoga style breaths, gather your thoughts in a quite space. By this afternoon you will be safely tucked into your rollercoaster car!

Best wishes with surgery, it will be done before you blink an eye - then it's SIP-WALK-FART, repeat and get yourself back home asap.
