TWH peeps ?

I'm going through the information package and filling out all my forms (TWH).
I'm looking at the resource list and wondering if anyone purchased any of the books or workbooks ? Are you happy you did? Opinions?
I also noticed they recommend Spark People over my fitness pal.. Anyone know why?

Hmm, I didn't even notice the recommendation of SP ofer MFP. I've used both long term and prefer MFP. The dietitian I saw was happy I was using MFP.
I haven't bought any books. I've checked out a book from the library on mindful eating, but haven't started to read it yet. I find this site to be a great source of info- there are so many great articles, and the RNY forum is full of people who are experiencing long term success. I loved the article today on the Bariatric Food pyramid.
