Good morning Gang! I've made a comeback! The last 2 weeks have been pretty hectic winding down the summer.  A week of vacation and then a week of travelling for work.  No damage on the scale, just no movement either.  Holding at 200 (my visit to onederland was short lived, a blip on the scale).  So back to the diligence I should have been displaying the last two weeks.

Nothing on the go today other than catching up on the last 2 weeks.....I might be busy until about noon! LOL

B - Lite & Fit Greek yogurt

S - Premier protein

L - 3 oz egg salad, 1/2 cup kale salad

S - 1/2 can tuna salad (light mayo, onion, celery)

D- 3 oz roast turkey with cauliflower/broccoli in cheese sauce

S - GNC Lean Shake

Totals - Cal 797, Carbs 32, Protein 113

Good morning :)

Ginnny, I remember being around the 200 pound point. I had planned to write a post when I hit onederland because it marked over 100 pounds lost as well. I got stuck at 201 for a few weeks. It was the only stall I'd had up to that point.

Today I'm running all over town. Dropping the puppy at the groomers, going to Costco, and possibly hitting up Value Village. Then I have a ton of class prep for this week.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - oatmeal, egg

Lunch - chili 

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - tbd 

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning all. Very busy weekend. Rehearsal dinner went well. Ate pasta for the first time in years. Hardly ate Saturday until the wedding dinner which was amazing. So all in all my eating has been all over the place. Still not great. I am staying at my son's taking care of his 9 year old daughter for 2 days. They are taking a short honeymoon to Niagara for a couple of days. They looked so tired when they left yesterday. Off to walk to school then walk the dog.

Good morning everyone.  Hope you all had a good weekend.  Pat I'm glad the wedding went well and you are spending time with your granddaughter.  Ginny good to see you back, Onederland with be here for you by Thanksgiving I'm sure.  Meg hope you find something nice at VV.  Maybe I'll stop by there too.

Today I'm just about to head out the door to do some errands.  It's rainy here so no garden work.  I will probably do some more paperwork.

Going to the grocery to get me some shrimp.  Maybe some shrimp and garlic zoodles.  My pouch hardly ever has an issue with shrimp, plus it's got good stats.

Morning all. Been MIA for the last week. I was just feeling down for some reason and wasn't motivated to do anything. I was just sad for some reason with no rhyme or reason. Hormones maybe, but since yesterday I've been feeling better. Eating was definitely off plan and now i feel bad about that too. Well there is nothing else to do other than get back on the horse. Self esteem issues, i definitely have. 

I will be three yrs out this month, boy does time fly?. 

2yrs 11m

B - Coffee 5%, 1 crustless quiche

S - 1/2oz almonds, 1oz light mozza

L - 1/2 cup tuna, 1/2 cup cucumbers

S - 3oz veal tongue, 1cup silk cashew and 1tbsp sugar free cappuccino

D - 3oz pork

Calories:875, 18 carbs, 50 fat, 90 protein

Glad you're feeling a little better Nia, remember don't look back you're not going that way!!

Join me in getting back in the groove!  We've got this!

 

Oh as a side note, are you satisfied with 1/2 oz almonds and 1 oz cheese?  I'm thinking I might be hungry.  my menu today as far as being satiated is an epic fail!  I'm hungry!  I had my tuna for morning snack and will do the shake in the afternoon.  I will have to put more substance to my menu tomorrow!

Thanks G. Surprisingly, i am satisfied when i eat the right foods. Its when i eat off plan that i can eat non stop. Let do it Ginny. I have to get back to my goal weight. I have no more excuses.
