What are you doing/eating today (Sunday)

Good morning everyone.  Meg the outfit you bought yesterday sounds really cute.  Hope Pat had fun at the wedding.  Nia has been MIA and she said she hadn't been well, hope it's just work and not something more serious. Birdie glad you're back.

Today I will continue to tackle (and finish) the mountain of laundry.  Still working on sorting clothes, but this week I want to make a big donation of clothes.  It's so surprising to me how many clothes I have.  Before WLS it seemed like I was always wearing the same 3 or 4 outfits, because that's all that fit.  

I will make good protein choices on my menu today.

I hear you on the clothes issue. I'm still holding on to all of my pre-op dresses, so I think my task for the week will be taking photos and posting them for sale. Need to make room for my snazzy teaching clothes ;)

Today we are going to a family dinner. They are deep frying a turkey so I will probably bring some options with me. I made chili yesterday but even after cooking most of the day some of the beans weren't soft. Hopefully it will be edible enough.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - oatmeal, egg

Lunch - cheese, pepperette

Family dinner - tbd (they want to eat at 3, that throws me off)

Snack - carrots and pb

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Meg I hate that when beans stay rock hard.  Could you eat the turkey without the skin?  It's my understanding that the fat from deep frying doesn't go into the meat.
