Good morning everyone.  I woke up early so I thought I would start the post.  I'm sure Pat will be very busy with the wedding today, but I'm sending good wishes to her son and his new wife, and hoping they get a little sunshine for their wedding.

Yesterday was hectic, but I managed to get a lot done.  I even made some pumpkin pie chia, hemp overnight noatmeal.  I added pumpkin and the pumpkin spice.  We'll see how it turns out when I have breakfast.  Went out last night with DH to have dinner and listen to live music.  I ordered the spinach salad with goat cheese and a few pecans, I only ate 1/4 so I will try to finish that today and maybe add some shrimp.  Not much on the go today, so I will try to get some laundry done, and ride my stationary recumbent bike.

Have a great day everyone.

RNY 7 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

CC,  that's not much dinner.   I know restaurant salads are usually huge, but 1/4 isn't much.  Hope you're doing ok.

Pat, hope all goes well today.  Enjoy your son's wedding.   Glass of wine or two eh?

Just returned from a wonderful vacation.   Walked over 100,000 steps in 7 days yet still managed to put 3 pounds on.  Didn't think I ate poorly,  however the scale tells the truth.  Hopefully just salt weight and I will quickly lose it.

Football game tonight after a day of catching up.

B  -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice

L  -  2 ham roll ups with mustard for dipping

D -  4 oz of meatballs with tomato sauce and parm

1/ 2 cup of roasted veggies

S -  oikos greek yogurt

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :  Calories  -  790,  Carbs  -  68 Grams,  Protein  -  87 Grams

All water and vits.   Likely 3 liters today.

Have a great one

Birdie those steps are amazing.  Glad you had a wonderful vacation.  We missed you.

It was a really big salad.  I have been trying to keep the calories low because I haven't really been exercising.  After my little injury, I was told not to exercise for a while.  I should be able to get back to it in a week.  The scale was starting to creep up while I've been a sloth, so had to cut back.

Have fun with your family today Meg.  The new fall fashions are really nice, I have been tempted to buy.

That mall was more expensive then I remember, but I found a skirt and blazer on sale, and I bought a pair of black tights.
