Good morning :)

Up early again as puppy decided she just had to go outside at 6am. Couldn't get back to sleep so i figured I would just be productive.

Going to get some groceries this morning. We are going to a family dinner this weekend, so I need to figure out something to take.

I'm presenting a workshop today for new students. I'm looking forward to that -- I hope there is a good turnout this year. Other than that I just have to try and stay awake for some meetings.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - pork and veg

Snack - egg, oatmeal

Dinner - unknown as they are feeding us during the meeting

Snack - almonds, cheese

All water and vits.

Good morning all. Rough night, my knee locked and I couldn't get it unlocked for quite some time. Had to go to the washroom with it locked. Very painful to use it. I need to start doing more knee exercises.

Lots to do today. Costco this morning then cooking for the rest of the day. I have to start icing the cupcakes. They will take some time to make into trees. Also need to finish making candy trees. I only have about half of what I need.

I have been eating my stress. I find being home easier to control my eating. Just need to make sure I do not nibble what I am cooking.

 b. greek yogurt, raspberries

l homemade baked beans

d loin pork chop, asparagus,

Have a good day everyone

Good morning everyone.  Meg there is a reason why puppies are so cute, it's so we forgive them now when they are being a pain in the butt and actually fall in love with those furry little bundles.  What about taking a shrimp ring to the family dinner?  It's something you know you can eat and it's really easy, no prep.

Just came back from my osteopath appointment.  Interesting.  Still evaluating, we'll see what happens over the next week.  I have another appointment this afternoon, so I think I will just relax until then.  Feeling a bit sore from all of the manipulation.

Yesterday was a bad eating day for me.  Didn't eat anything that I shouldn't have, but ate way too much over the course of the day.  It was like I was frantically hungry all day.  Lots of tins of sardines with hot peppers were consumed, seriously WTF.   Don't think I've had sardines once this year.  Ended up with 157g of protein for the day, the calories were not good.  Today I'm back on the horse and the ravenous hunger seems to have passed.

Have a great day everyone.  Pat, no licking the icing spoon Missy, lol.
