Ottawa - Dr yelle?

Nov 4. I start opti mid October. 

I did a huge order of opurity and the bonus is no ditties for some reason. 

How are you finding the opti. I start on a friday which is odd bc they say not to start before the weekend. 

I like the taste of the optifast :)

I actually had Dr Mammazza, 2.5 years ago, but I had to have an emergency appendectomy in February of this year and Dr Yelle did this surgery he was  awesome. I have had many different surgeries and I would say he has got to have the best bedside manner... very nice and funny doctor.  Good luck

I have dr Yelle too! My surgery is on October 7...so in about a week. I ordered the celebrate vitamins that they recommend. They shipped it really fast, it only took 2 days to get here.

Same for me. Awesome service, the celebrate company even called me to confirm the shippinh address.
