What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Good morning everyone. We are supposed to get some showers in my area this morning. I will try to get out in the garden and do some work before then. Yesterday I got some chores done around the house and it felt great. Today DH is working from home so I will have to be quiet. Tonight DH and I are going out to listen to live music. We love supporting local artists, and they are always so grateful when there is an audience to appreciate their music.
Had some shrimp yesterday with zoodles and didn't have any issues with it, so that may be on the menu more often.
Have a great day everyone.

Hi Cc, happy Friday everyone. Volleyball tonight, possibly board games with friends. Had my 2 year appointment this past week, all bloodwork was normal so wondering why I'm still so tired? Keep waking up at 2am!
2 years post op
B - Half egg and flax egg muffin, coffee
S - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt with sf coconut pineapple flavor
l - carrot, meat and veg
s - Greek yogurt again
d - lentils and onions
s - simply bar at volleyball
mall water and vits, have a nice day!
Glad that your bloodwork came back normal. I read on OH that even if your iron is in the normal range, if it is near the bottom of that normal range, you can still be tired.

Good morning all TGIF!!!
Work today then home to get ready for company tomorrow. Not sure why I stressed myself by having 10 people for a barbecue tomorrow night. Baked a cake last night so need to ice it. I have just about no work to do and keep thinking of all the things I could be doing at home. I may leave early and make up the time after the wedding.
I have been trying to make 3D candy trees. The white chocolate I bought will not harden enough and keeps breaking. The green chocolate which is also white seems fine. So I think I need to pick up some regular brown to see if that works. I need 20 and only have 6 that have survived
b greek yogurt, craisins
l chicken salad, baby bel
s apple
d chicken Parmesan, salad (I put in a whole chicken beast but know I can not eat a whole one
s yogurt for meds
cal 1087, carb 69, prot 112
Please post a picture when you're done making the trees and campsite. I would be worried that I would eat all of the tree rejects. Love white chocolate.
