So I didn't come back yesterday to update my menu! I ate a damn muffin, okay!! I didn't want it but I was soooo hungry. My protein shake and cucumbers didn't hold me over for the extended training session!! Oh well, that day is done and on with today!
Nothing on the agenda other than a boring work day!
So ....
B - 1 scrambled egg, with cheese slice
S - egg salad
L - 4 oz chicken with peppers, onions (yesterdays left over lunch.....I will eat it remembering the strange look I got from the waiter when I was ordering the insides of the lunch special!... um no they're pre-made.....okay well then, I'll have.....let me see what I can do!) HAHA
S- tuna
D- chicken sausage
TOTALS Cal 747, Carbs 21, Protein 80
Baseball tonight, last regular game of the season! Lets hope my duck feet work tonight!

Good morning everyone.
Ginny those days where the evil side of your brain justifies eating crap are the worst. Be it a muffin or creme brulee (there may have been a pumpkin spice creme brulee meltdown in my recent past, lol) but you're right, we just have to as Birdie would say get back on the damn horse right away and not wait until it becomes a serious problem.
Today I have to take the car in for servicing, then a trip to the St. Jacobs Farmers Market because DH wants European pastries (I live with the devil), and then a doctor's appointment this afternoon.

Today is my day off and I was planning on sleeping in, but puppy had a different idea. I'm off for a walk this morning and then running around for the rest of the day. I have a lot of stuff that has been laying around and we want to get rid of it. Just need to clear out some of the clutter and stuff.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - oatmeal, egg
Lunch - beef, veg
Snack - chicken
Dinner - unknown at this point
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Your lunch sounds good. As for the muffin, there will always be days when we go off our 'diet'. But in the long run one muffin will not derail you. Days of muffins on the other hand might just cause a major change in the scale.
So sore this morning. Did not take pain meds last night and the bike ride really killed me. This leads me to believe I need to do more riding.
Pot luck tonight. Not sure what I will be eating.

getting back on the horse as soon as possible is so important after a Creme Brule meltdown or a muffin. Or in my case a piece of strawberry galette!
Pouch and general being feeling off today. Had a long day yesterday finishing with a pot luck at our home. I think one of the salads was a little off. ( I made salmon so I always know what I can fill up on.) Not positive on my eats but this is the plan..

Morning all. So sore today after TRX on Tuesday. If i miss just ONE class, i pay for it for sure next time i attend. Ginny, Ive been there eating off plan and blah but i learned to just get straight back on the horse and not make it a habit. You are doing fine and this is some of the things that happen in life.
So yesterday i went coupling. Thanks to CC who gave me a shout out on Sobeys having egg creations on sale. Got free eggs, silk milk and Alpha bits that i don't eat or even like which i will donate and save a few bucks from my other shopping list. I'm so savvy, lol. Nothing planned today besides school work and Zumba tonight.
