Good morning Gang!  Weekends play havoc on me.  I will almost be glad when camping season is over and I'm back to a regular routine....almost.  I just don't eat enough on the weekends, its not that I eat badly.

Anyway, holding on to the 199.2

Time Since RNY 5-1/2 months

Not thrilled with the stats today, but its the best I could come up with given my sluggish state yesterday.  Back on track for the rest of the week, will do some prep work tonight.

B - premier protein shake

S - 4 oz spag sauce

L - bacon tomato sandwich on 35 calorie bread, 1 tbsp. light mayo

S - deli turkey and cheese string

D - 3 to 4 oz chicken boob, on baby spinach with goat cheese, and Light Poppyseed dressing

Totals - Cal 940, Carbs 70 (ugh), Protein 97

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

Off to school today. I was told I would get a ton of student emails -- according to my supervisor and coordinator -- because I'm approachable. I feel like I answered emails all weekend. I think I need to have an email time so I'm not always on my phone.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - oatmeal, yogurt

Lunch - chicken and zucchini

Snack - cheese

Dinner - something with beef

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

i haven't been on track since returning from vacation last week and geting the kids back to school.... I do have to work on that. My birthday is on Sunday and I think in my head, I'm putting it off until after that... not smart. Anyway, I have 3 work days left this week so will aim to be on track for those. :)

good morning all. Work today then home. I was awake at 1:30 this morning worrying about the wedding and the dinner before. Realised yesterday we have to make speeches. So at 2:00am I started on a draft for the rehearsal dinner. At least then I could go back to sleep.

Tried on my dress and yes it still fits. Was always a little snug in the hips. I do not think I have gained weight but I think it is redistributing to my hips and thighs. The problem is when I lose weight I seem to lose in the boobs and shoulders not the hips. If we could only direct where we need it

b greek yogurt, strawberries

l chicken, bean salad, yogurt

s apple

d stirfry chicken with peppers, broccoli and celery

s laughing cow, breton crackers, source yogurt

cal 846, carb 79, prot 88

Good afternoon! I wanted to introduce myself and was hoping to get some feedback from all of you. I have been checking out your posts the past few months and have gotten tons of great meal ideas from you guys!

I am 12 weeks post-op. My highest weight was 275 lbs, surgery weight was 214 and I am currently 185 lbs. I have been in a stall for the past month, only losing and gaining back the same 1/2 lb.  I am starting to get alittle frustrated because I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I thought by posting my meals here, I can get some feedback from others.

Today's breakfast:

1/2 of Everything Bagel Fold-it, toasted

1 scrambled egg

1/2 of low fat cheese slice

Lunch:

3/4 cup of homemade Cabbage Roll casserole

Dinner:

2.5 oz of baked fish

1/4 cup of french style green beans

1 pat of margarine

Snacks:

1/2 of Special K protein bar

grapes

3 brenton vegetable crackers

1 laughing cow cheese wedge

I seem to have little problems with tolerating chicken or most foods, with the exception of some vegetables. Yesterday, I really felt the restriction and ate very lightly as my pouch hurt when I ate dense food.  Any suggestions is appreciated!

Do you put your stats in My fitness pal at all?  I think your carbs are a bit high but I can't really tell without knowing your stats.  I would maybe get rid of the bagel in the morning...just a thought.  Others will chime in as well.  I think you are still doing well.  Good luck

As Monica said this early out your carbs might be a little high. The thing with dense protein is you need to make sure you are chewing the hell out of it. You should be having at least 60 grams of protein then worry about vegetables and fruit. Does you cabbage casserole have rice?

Special K protein bars have little protein to the amount of carb they have. If you must use a bar go for a protein bar like quest or simply bar. Put everything into a program like my fitness pal. Your carbs at this point should be very low.  You will see what is causing the problem

I ate a lot of homemade chili. Still do. It has carbs but they are complex carbs.

If you continue to have pain in your pouch talk to your centre to find out why
