Good morning :)

We are off to the Blue Jays game today. Although I like going, after last week I wish we could just have today off at home. I'm planning on packing a cooler with lunch and snacks so I don't eat anything at the game. If my BF gets peanuts or popcorn I might snag a few bites ;)

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - oatmeal, egg

Lunch - chili, cheese

Snack - pepperette, peanuts

Dinner - unknown. Probably chicken.

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

I will be at the Argo game today as well.  I've been to every game this year except one - the only game they won at home.  My kids think I'm a jinx and don't think I should go anymore.  .

I haven't really eaten there as I found prices way too expensive, but you're right, there aren't any good choices.   The stadium says no outside food or drinks, so if you're bringing snacks be careful.  The first game I went to they threw out peoples food and even bottles of water.   Last game however, I saw they let someone in with a bottle of water in plain site.   Maybe they've eased up - or it was just he person on the gate.   You can bring in an empty bottle to fill at the fountain.

I know you can get advanced permission to bring in your own food and drink with a medical condition (diabetes for example).   Not sure exactly how you go about doing that, but I know you can.

Argoooossss!!!

I am sure you are not a jinx. Just the argos being themselves.

Thanks about the food. I just packed my bag. I may just stand there and eat my cheese and crackers if I have to throw it out. I would not mind buying food if it wasn't so crappy

Hey Meggles, hope your day is going awesome at the game.  Went to hot yoga this morning then grocery shopping for next week. Good shop except I bought some light cool whip and ate half a cup when I got home :0(.   Had an amazing date yesterday, we talked, hiked, had dinner, it turned into a record 7 hour date lol  Forgot how nice it can be when you click with someone like that.  Rest of the day just doing stuff around the house, have to portion out an enormous zucchini lasagna I made a few days ago.  Tonight going to play board games with a group of friends, should be fun.

l - English "muffin" made of egg, flaxmeal and psyllium husk with 1 tbsp. crunchy pb, half cup of light cool whip

I tried using zucchini for lasagna but found the zucchini stayed very firm and was hard to cut Do you pre cook it?

No precook, I just baked it at 375, 30 minutes without the mozzarella on top, then 30 minutes with.  Yes, it was hard to cut them in long thin pieces like in the photos so I sort of gave up and cut them crosswise instead.  lol!  I had some uneven pieced for sure. I did not pre-cook it but I  made the sauce super thick so as the juices were released it did not get too soupy.  Its not pretty but really tasty and filling and freezes well.
