I am totally shocked

Optifast is going better. The first week was tough. I have 10 more days to go. I will be glad to be finished. My surgeon says opti sugar free jello and broth lol. 

What is a was if page?

Who do you have for your surgeon? I have Dr Jackson. When is your surgery date.

I'm also excited but a little nervous too.

My surgery date is Oct 25th

I start my liquid the 4th when u go for surgery. I'm so excited for you.

I originally had Dr Okrainec but was switched to Dr Jackson. I hear Dr Okrainec is the head of laparoscopic surgery @ TWH so you are i good hands.

Sorry don't know what an IG page is lol I guess I don't have one lol.

The 25th will be here very quickly, time really flies once you get a date. You must be getting really excited.

The Opti i terrible but I did get through, I have 4 more to force into me and that it OMG I sure won't miss it.

Now I'm doing great I have lost a total of 45 lbs since the end of July so I am feeling pretty good. I am very excited but a little nervous at the same time.
