YAY, the weekend is here!

Camping this weekend near St. Jacob's so will be popping into the market tomorrow!  Employee Appreciation BBQ today at work.  I asked the HR Director if there was going to be healthy options, his response was "Like what?"  So really a resounding NO.  They're even having a candy buffet!  No chicken, no veggies, but VERY healthy salads...A.K.A. store made crap loaded with preservatives and mayo. No thanks. 

My totals are high today because of said BBQ, I put a sausage in, but not knowing what kind its hard to tell.  Also I won't be eating the whole thing.  I may boycott the BBQ altogether and just have my work stash protein shake for lunch too!

Anyway, here's what I figured on:

B - Premier Protein RTD

S - Light & Fit Greek - Pumpkin Pie yogurt

L - sausage

S - deli turkey, cheese string

D - 2 bacon cheddar sliders

Totals - Cal 966, Carbs 21, Protein 100

Morning 

Mmmm,  pumpkin pie yogurt.   Tis the season eh?

Heading to the golf course in a few minutes to play with my girlfriends.   Lunch after.  Trees starting to turn up here.  Best time of the year!  Not sure what's for dinner yet but will update later with my stats etc.

 

B -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

S -  1/3 of a quest bar

L  -  Greek salad with grilled chicken

      Michelob Ultra over ice

 

Back with the rest post golf

 

D -  toasted tomato sandwich 

S  -  oikos greek yogurt 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,178,  Carbs  -  99 Grams,   Protein  -  74 Grams   Not good stats.  

All water and vits

Good morning :)

Yay, it's Friday. I'm teaching today and then running errands. I need groceries... I haven't had a lot of extra energy this week. We haven't cooked much which means I've been snacking in the evenings. That has to stop.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, oatmeal

Lunch - ham, pickles

Snack - cheese, pepperette

Dinner - chicken and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning. Work this morning. Doctor's appointment to renew pain meds. Off to see Dolly Parton tonight. I do not like all country and western but do like her. We are just on the lawn so will see if it works out. I would not buy lawn seats again after our last outing but I had already bought these ones. Loving the cooler weather.

My tree cupcake pans came in the post yesterday as well as my tree candy mold. I may buy some supplies and practice if I have time. Perhaps tomorrow.

Dinner is kind of up in the air at the moment. Will probably grab something quick between doctor and concert.

Morning all. Guess what day it is? It's my BIRTHDAY!!!! i don't know why I'm so over excited today for it but i am. I did wake up with terrible heartburn at 4 and i had to wake up and eat some veg, thats what was convenient at the time. I'm stick feeling it so maybe when i eat breakfast it will get better.

Well for today, the food is kinda up in the air as we're going out to eat. I know there will be chicken involved there and some birthday cake. I'll try to make wise choices.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
