The help is there , my mental health update

My last post I had reached out to the community for some help in pointing me in the right direction for some mental health issues that I was having and still do today.

I'm happy to report my centre at Humber has come through once again( Humber Forever )and has put me into contact with a wonderful Dr. who seems genuine and  can help me get better. The issues are still there but there is hope.

The most important message I want to share with anyone who is just not feeling right is that the help is there. Just like you had the courage to do the surgery you CAN dig deep and ask for help if you need it. If it's urgent tell them it's urgent. Do not suffer alone because many many people feel or have felt like you do today.

As a male I want to shout out the GUYS out there on this forum and even the lurkers who just read it and say admitting your not feeling right isn't a sign of weakness being self aware you're just not right and admitting it is being the tough guy

So impressed! it is very brave to get help, (often a laborious process when in the best of health. hell when unwell) and to speak about it. to show others that there is help to be had. how commendable.

Thank you

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
