Good morning gang!!  Guess what I saw this morning?????  Yup! the number 1 on the scale this morning!! 199.2, I know the scale can be persnickety so I won't get too excited until I see it there again tomorrow!  BUT, I will say my goal was to get below 200 before my birthday which is next month so YAY me!!

Anyway, enough about that.   Have to run to the Green House today to pick up the Canada Celebration tulip bulbs I ordered.  Have you seen them? red and white with some yellow if I remember correctly.  Sort of looks like a flame coming up from the stem.  They're pretty.

Just threw the menu together this morning so we'll see if it works for me

B - Premier protein drink (because I'm lazy)

S - mini bacon wrapped beef tenderloins (M&Ms) 6 pieces

L - ~5 oz of the inside of a chicken shwarma wrap

S - deli turkey and cheese string

D - chicken sausage with broccoli/cauliflower in cheese sauce

Total Cal 858, Carbs 20, Protein 110 (booyah!)

Have a fantastic Thursday!

**Edited to fix my stupid grammar mistake, really I "through" it together....

Snack - cheese, egg

Lunch - ham, pickles

Snack - oatmeal, turkey pepperette

Dinner - chicken, veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Ha ha!  When I saw the number I went to get my phone for photo evidence.  When I got back and moved the scale into better light the weight changed by .6! So I will rejoice more tomorrow when I know I might be here to stay!

Morning all. Thats fabulous G and may the scale continue going down in the right direction. Today i have a Drs appt so i can get my immunizations checked out. Seriously, i've survived this long, i must be immune to something. You don't get to my age if your immune system is out of whack, lol. After that, i'll got to best buy and look for my birthday present. I was thinking of getting a fitbit. Flex or Alta? Don't know which is better. My birthday is tomorrow and i got the day off so i can celebrate. Zumba tonight, then back home to relax.

I went to Winners yesterday to get some skinny syrups and they now have some skinny foam to put on top of your coffee. Yeah i'm looking at you CC, lol. Mocha and Vanilla and it's pretty decent. Who needs Starbucks ;). Ended making Surf and Turf last night and glad i changed that menu. It was delish. Sobeys had a sale on T-bone and they were very fresh and good, yum.

Good morning everyone.  Ginny welcome to Onderland.  It's a beautiful place and you will never want to leave.

Your menu stats are smokin'.

Meg I think I may stay close to home today because of the thunderstorms.

Congratulations on the scale. That is awesome. The tulips sound beautiful. Never heard of them but I will now have to be on the watch for them. Although at the moment I have sworn off gardening after over doing it last weekend.

I am having fun planning some crafts for the rehearsal dinner for my son. I just received from Amazon a lego bride and groom with an arch. I am going to plan a camp site in miniature and make the tree cupcakes. I have ordered two tree cupcake pans. Also a candy 3D tree mold. Tonight I am going to start planning the logistics and maybe start with making the tent.

Forgot to ask DH what he was making for dinner. Lunch is a pot luck so aside from the meat I brought I am not sure what I will eat. So my menu is not complete.

b greek yogurt, craisins, sunflower seeds

l left over short rib meat, plus?

s yoplait yogurt

d ?

s breton crackers and laughing cow.
