Good morning Gang!  Had a great weekend of camping and baseball with good friends.  Played 3 games Saturday and los them all, got up Sunday played a couple more for the win and took us to the finals when we lost!  Oh well, it was a memorial fundraising tournament for cancer so win win all the way around.

Well the scale is playing with me....200.4 today I normally record my weight on Mondays because that's the day I had surgery, so down 3 lbs since last recording day but if you'll recall I did make it down to 201.2 sometime last week.....maybe tomorrow I'll break the barrier!

Nothing planned for today other than a boring day at work....with likely a little longer drive because the school buses will be back!

Here's the menu:

B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese

S - Bacon Cheddar Pork Sausage

L - 3 oz pot roast

S - 2.5 oz homemade chicken salad

D - shepperds  pie

Total Cal 878, Carbs 32, Protein 87

Have an awesome day everyone!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Thanks Birdie, now you have me craving chili, lol.  Maybe I'll make a chili style soup with the cheese and sour cream.  Of course, I'll double the chili powder, yum.

Good morning :)

Today is the day!! My first class starts at 12:30. I think I'm ready. Couldn't sleep last night. My BF laughed when I told him I was worried about what shoes I was going to wear... But seriously, I need something professional, stylish, and comfortable enough to stand in to lecture. The search continues.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - ham, pickles

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - chicken and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Meg have you checked Marks Work Warehouse?  They have some comfortable shoes.  You are going to do great today.  Walk into that classroom like you own it.

I hadn't thought of looking there :) I will have to check it out. I was going to look at the shoe company next, and they are in the same mall here. Thanks!!

Sketchers have the most amazing loafers. They come in black so not too casual but amazing to stand and walk in

I actually just purchased a pair yesterday :) I wore dressier shoes today for my first class, but I'm thinking I will wear them tomorrow.  They are so comfortable.

Ginny Birdie is right, you probably will drop to 197 or 198.  Your scale has been toying with you.
