Scale went up??
This is very normal. The other thing that will happen quite often in the first year, is that you will hit stalls where you will not lose for weeks. This is normal. Your body will readjust fluids as you are losing weight and it will hold onto those fluids for a while. Now is the time to take all of your measurements. When you hit your first real stall (not days, but weeks) remeasure yourself and you will probably see the measurements are down. Weight loss is not constant, it goes in spits and spurts. As long as you follow your centre's plan, measure and log your food, get moving, you will do great. Wishing you success on your journey.
