Facebook groups?

I've heard there are some good Facebook groups, but I assume they are secret/closed. Does anyone have the info to share? Having surgery on Oct 21 and would like to join in advance. Thanks!

The Facebook group I belong to is Gastric bypass support and encouragement. It's closed.

HI Toronto Girl, I have joined a few and they are really helpful. The Living and Recipes is great because everyone shares a lot on there. The WLS Before & After is awesome you get to see pictures and get the motivation you need. I even found a buddy in my area that is at the same exact spot of where I am in this journey. We exchanged numbers and have been texting. Hoping to meet for coffee.
