Hi everyone, I can't for the life of me remember how much I should be consuming at a time? I've looked over and over my pages and can't find it and I'm feeling like I'm doing something wrong , I've been drinking 1/2 of a premier protein in one sitting , is this too much ? Yogurt , pudding and cream soups I'm eating 2-3 tbl soons in a sitting and tomato juice , broth and tomato soup I'm eating 1/2cup at a sitting , I don't feel full ever , and I'm worried that I'm consuming too much at one and that I may stretch my pouch , I feel so confused and have searched and searched for information but for some reason I just come up empty handed without the info.... anyone have an example of meals (with serving size) they can't shard for just over a week out ?

I haven't had my surgery yet but here is an example of a day on the 2 wk liquid diet that is in my binder from TWH;

Breakfast: Protein shake 1 cup & a small container of low fat no sugar added yogurt.

Morning snack: Protein shake 1cup

Lunch: Cottage cheese 1/4 cup, yogurt 1/4 cup tomato juice 1/4

afternoon snack: protein shake 1/2 cup

Dinner: cream of chicken soup strained 1/4 cup with a tbsp protein powder, apple sauce no sugar added 1/4 cup

Evening snack: Protein shake 1/2 cup.

Hope this helps.

Good luck
