Good morning everyone.  Woke up early so I thought I'd start the post.  Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend.  Beautiful weather.

Yesterday I did some chores around the house, but was lazy the rest of the day.  Today DH and I are planning on going to see live music tonight and maybe a day trip this afternoon.

I'm currently drinking a protein coffee and I may have some Skyr yogurt after.  Might try to make Meggles soft serve protein icecream later today.

Have a great day everyone.

Sorry you got woken up Nia.  I absolutely love Scotch eggs, but they are a lot of work to make.

My are pretty easy, not too much fuss. Just wrap the boiled egg in sausage or ground meat of your choice. I used parmesan as a crust, sauté and finish in the oven. Came out nice for me. Not as good as the real thing but close enough.

That sounds good. I had one at a restaurant last year where they made it so the yolk with still soft and they used spicy sausage.

Good morning :)

Enjoy the soft serve CC. My BF had Dairy Queen last night, and when I checked the calories it was over 1,000. I didn't feel so bad having 150 in my soft serve when I got home ;)

Nerves haven't set in yet for my first lecture, but I'm stressed trying to find an outfit to wear. I have done too much clothing shopping trying to find teaching clothing. I need to find comfortable shoes so I can walk a lot and stand to teach.

Yesterday I was sitting outside on our patio with my legs curled up in my chair, and I thought, my body is comfy now. I could just be comfortable sitting outside. I wasn't sweating horribly, I didn't hurt sitting in the chair, it wasn't hard to find a good position. I was just comfy.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - leftover chicken

Snack - ham

Dinner - steak, veg (still haven't gotten around to eating this yet)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Meg I understand what you mean about just feeling comfy after losing weight.  Right after WLS sitting was uncomfortable because of my tailbone, but now it doesn't seem to be a problem, I can cross my legs too.

I have a salted caramel protein mix that I'm going to use for the soft serve.

Yesterday we bought edging and today we get to plant about 25 plants. Then my son and his fiance are coming to dinner. Makes me want to just go back to bed.

Pat, maybe go and soak those poor joints in a warm bath.  It's so easy to over do things and end up paying for it for days.  Hope the pain meds kick in soon.
