What are you doing/eating today (Saturday)
Good morning everyone. I am going to start the thread, but may not get many responses because of the long weekend.
Had a fun day in Niagara with DH yesterday. The weather was perfect and we hit a few wineries. I am always the DD so I got to drive his tipsy ass around Niagara, lol.
Today we are hoping to find a good patio with some live music and soak up the last of the summer sun. You know the weather is changing when I start craving soup and hot lattes.
I will try to make good choices and keep the protein high and the carbs low.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Not much happening today. Happy to finally get our new water softener. Went to discuss my aunt's estate taxes this morning, so that is in progress. Not a fun task.

Afternoon all. Lucky CC you get to go out on the weekend and have fun. Oh well, have fun for me as well. I couldn't sleep last night and i woke up at 5:30. I have so much coffee coursing through my veins right now i'm pumped, lol. Hopefully i can get a good night sleep tonight.
I have been doing the all meat diet since Tuesday and i'm so full of meat i think i might turn into a chicken, lol. Its going great as I'm too full to try and eat junk. I need this to get back on track as i have been eating too much junk. I even bought Ketosticks and i can confirm I'm in ketosis. Long shall this continue so i can lose some of the re-gain.

See, all meat diet. I increased my fat and i'm glad to report my bathroom issues are improving( tmi, i know)
