Good morning gang! T -8 hours! and let the long weekend begin. Camping this weekend and playing in a ball tournament if my feet allow it. Played last night and looked like a wounded turtle trying to run the bases. Anyhow, keep on keeping on right?
Today at work I have to attend the GRAND OPENING of the new Comfort Station in the park! What a thrill.....call it what you want but they're just bathrooms!! Yes, I'm the purchasing agent that administered the tender, but really a grand opening for washrooms??
So eats for today:
B - Premier protein RTD
S - 1/2 can tuna with a tbsp. of mayo, some onion and celery
L - 2.5 oz grilled chicken and onions/peppers (yesterday's afternoon snack)
S - 2.5 oz meatballs with 1.6 oz tomato sauce
D - 2 cups spinach, 1 M&M Chicken boob, 1.5 oz blueberry goat cheese, 1 tbsp. poppyseed dressing
S - TBD (obviously nothing in my totals for this)
Totals - Cal 822, Carbs - 31, Protein 107 (What? What?)

Have fun camping Ginnny!! My BF keeps trying to get me to go, but I haven't been in years.
Nothing special planned for today. Lots of running around. My new blender seems like it might be a lemon so I'm going to exchange it. And I will pick up some groceries to get us through the long weekend.
Our new water softener will be installed tomorrow. Yay for big house purchases ;)

I too would have a problem getting too excited about a grand opening for a bathroom. Hard to keep a straight face.
For years my DH worked most weekends. Long weekends would come and we couldn't go anywhere. It only dawned on me a couple of days ago that since he is retired, we can now go away on weekends. We have a lot of gardening to do this weekend to clean up the mess he has been making. So I have booked a weekend after Thanksgiving to celebrate the wedding and the conference I am working on both being over.

Morning all. Argh, i have to work today and i'm going to be there till Sunday evening. She wanted me to work till Monday but i can't, as i have to get ready for school the next day. So this is my weekend plan in a nut shell. At least you will have fun at the GRAND OPENING G. Nothing says nice like a brand new potty, lol.
On the other hand, my keto detox is going well. Just meat and more meat and fat. I bought some coconut oil yesterday to try and i like the smell. I put in in my tea last night but i did it wrong and should have blend it to mix better. Too bad i googled how to make the tea after i drank that stuff. Oh well, now i know.

Late to the party. Ginnny, I laughed reading of your grand opening.
My calories are good today, carbs horrible because I shoved a raisin bran muffin in my gob at 4:30 this morning. Rest of the day is good. Friggen muffin had 72 carbs and 39 grams of sugar. No wonder I had some slight RH on the golf course this morning.
