Good morning Menu Gang!  Just a couple  more days to get through then the weekend!! Whoop whoop!

Nothing going on at work today but baseball tonight!  Missed last week so looking forward to playing tonight although I've been having some issues with my feet so I don't know how well I'll be able to run :-(

Got a little change up in my lunch menu today, will give it a try, I think my stats are okay with it!

B - 1 egg scrambled with a slice of cheese

S - egg salad

L - Mmmmmm Deli Turkey sandwich (2.2 oz) on 35 calorie bread (x2) with cheese, lettuce and mustard, dill pickle (now I doubt I will be able to eat the whole thing so I may have to pre-empt my afternoon snack for the second half of my sandwich)

S - 2.5 oz grilled chicken, with peppers and onion (last of this, no cheese or sour cream this time)

D - chicken sausage

S - either yogurt or my afternoon snack

Totals (for all food listed above) - Cal 863, Carbs 45, Protein 86

I will "justify" my lunch by saying bread is not a trigger for me.  Before surgery I rarely ate sandwiches or bagels or anything like that so not to worry about a slippery slope or anything!

Have a great day everyone!

 ** EDITED**

As suspected I couldn't eat my whole samich.....I've adjusted MFP to drop the yogurt and have afternoon snack for evening snack after the ball game.

New Totals - Cal 743, Carbs 39, Protein 72 (Also, I had messed up my breakfast numbers, used 2 eggs instead of the 1 I ate!)

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

I'm trying to add more exercise to my plan so I've scheduled a trail walk with my aunt this afternoon.

I got to see my classroom yesterday and do a trial run of my tech setup. The nerves haven't set in yet, but I'm sure they will when I practice my lecture this weekend.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - cheese, egg

Lunch - chicken, beans

Snack - chili

Dinner - steak, veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. So sore today from the gym the last few days, i can't even move my arms without pain. Had fun though at boxing class last night and Zumba tonight. I re-injured my knee last week when i slipped in a store AGAIN and have been holding back some and have to be super careful in some of the foot work. It sucks a lot because i worked so hard to strengthen my knee to this point. Hope i don't need physio like the doc said.

Will be getting ready for back to school and i start on Tuesday. This has been one long summer that i wish didn't have to end.

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - 2 scrambled egg, 1/2oz feta, coffee 10%

L - 3 oz pork neck bones (feel like chewing on bones today, lol)

S - 1 cup silk almond, 1oz monterey jalapeno cheese

D - 3 oz smoked turkey leg

S - i garlic sausage

Calories: 879, carbs 7, fat 59, protein 86

Have a great day all, Nia.

Good morning all. Busy day yesterday. Ended up going out to dinner last night. So will have yesterdays dinner tonight. Left over salad from last night for lunch today. People at work are finally starting to gear up for our October conference. Just hope they do not try to drive me crazy. Yesterday was a bit too much micro managing my work. Fortunately the person doing this is working remote today.
