Hi Decima,

I just got back so I can tell you what I got :)  Some of these things won't be good right out of the gate, but it can give you ideas for later.

Swiss Miss light hot chocolate.  This one has 25 calories per packet.  The no sugar added one is 60 or 80 calories.

Alpine SF hot apple cider

SF bread and butter pickles.  I wanted gerkins but I went to four grocery stores and couldn't find them.

Dannon light and fit greek yogurt - soooo good!!

Mio/Crystal Light - orchard apple, orange vanilla, and blue raspberry (just found this one)

Blue Diamond cocoa dusted almonds

Light cheese strings

SF sweet relish

SF pudding mixes - chocolate fudge, cheesecake, lemon

Bacon jerky (rare treat)

Skinny pop popcorn - sea salt, and sea salt caramel (or something like that)

Quest bars - I can get these here but they were on sale there

Pure protein bars - just to try a couple different flavours

Smuckers SF jam (10 calories per tbsp)

SF bbq sauce

I love the light and fit greek yogurt, but most of the times when I've been shopping there I didn't have a way to bring it home.  This time I took my big cooler with ice packs so I was prepared to bring a bunch back :)

I personally love the SF sweet pickles (bread and butter and gerkins).  I can order them online, but they are cheaper even with the exchange right now.

I've wanted to go check out Trader Joe's as well, but we didn't make it there today -- we were a bit time constrained.  I've seen a lot posted on the RNY board that sounds interesting.

Hi daizymom, We are happy for anyone to start the thread. Enjoy your holiday.

Work today then home. I weeded the garden last night. My lower back and hip are not happy about it. The pain is mostly under control but just really irritated the area. I was going to try to weed some more tonight but that may not be wise.

With DH home all day he runs to the store almost everyday but does not buy the things I want or need. So need to make a trip soon for my groceries.

Hi ladies! HeAding to Michigan with a trailer full of meat. I used to love grocery shopping in the states for all the different things they have. Now not so much fun. Used to love their cracker aisle!  

Now it's boring ol protein getting thrown in the cart! Skipped breakfast this morning, dumb idea! Now I'm hungry and nothing really planned. Have some cashews in the truck to snack on but need real food! 

Likely chicken sausage for supper but other than that no plans. Will have to have a protein shake just to get the number anywhere near normal.
