Good morning!

4 mos, 3 weeks post RNY, down 1.2 lbs this week....hey a loss is a loss!

Nothing exciting today, a long 8 hours at work.

B - source greek with Vector granola

S - 3 oz chicken boob

L - taco salad, with salsa, sour cream and cheese

S - cheese

D - garlic sausage

totals - Cal 903, Carbs, 23, Protein 85

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

RNY  7 Years 4 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Good looking menu Ginnny.

 Up in the night for awhile so feeling draggy this morning.   I rarely nap, but hopefully today.  Have a hankering for smoked trout.  My biggest issue with it, is it tastes like candy to me.  I have to portion it out or I'll eat too much

STEPS :   7609

EATS

B -  3 slices of peameal.  No scale where I am so eyeballing amount to 4 oz

L  -  3 oz of smoked trout

      Green salad

D -  5 oz of smoked trout

       Green salad with full fat dressing

S -  oikos greek yogurt

     1 cup fresh peaches,wild blueberries and raspberries.      

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,143,  Carbs  -  76 Grams,   Protein  -  98 Grams

 

All water and vits.   Plus extra coffee

Birdie I'm that way with the mini tomatoes on the vine.  They are like candy to me and I could easily eat a dozen.

I like those too, as well as the container of mixed variety small tomatoes.   I chop them up with full fat dressing and some feta.  Fast delish salad and good calories if you go easy on the dressing  ( 1 TB )

Good morning :)

We are back from the cottage, so I'm feeling like I need to detox from all the carbs I ate last week. My mom made me some soft serve stuff in her ninja blender which is so good that I went out and bought my own ninja ;) She takes milk and protein powder, a little sf syrup, and lots of ice. She only blends it until the ice is fine so she can eat it with a spoon. 

Today I'm having a contractor give us an estimate on renovating our bathroom. It is my least favourite room and we have been talking about what we are going to do since we moved in. The people who owned the house before decided to paint inside the shower over the old surround and now the paint is peeling. It looks horrible. Demolition day will be a happy day.

Breakfast - turkey bacon, yogurt

Snack - protein soft serve

Lunch - chicken sausage, veg

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - chicken, veg

Snack - possibly more soft serve because it is that good

All water and vits.

Good morning. Work today then home. Hope to swim today at lunch. Have not been in ages. I have been waking up wanting to eat lately. I must stop that as I do not need the extra calories.
