What are you eating/doing today (Saturday)

Late to the board today. Up early to the market and the breakfast. Got the veggies for Chili Sauce. Mmmm. Got home and got them all chopped up, well hubby did, but I will wait and cook it tomorrow it's already too hot out for heating up the kitchen! 

Friends are coming for the weekend so fun times and shenanigans are in order! 

B - 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 slice of toast

L - triple zero yogurt 

S - deli turkey

D - beer can chicken breast meat, loaded cauliflower and 1/2 ear of corn with butter. Mmm mmmm

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Took the dogs to the dog park for an h our this morning, too hot for them to stay much longer. Nothing much planned today except doing water changes on my fish tanks :)

Today is an Eggface day!

B - 2 oz strawberry pancake bake

L - chicken and chick pea salad

S - babybel cheese

D - chicken cacciatore with beans

Pre-op. Had my nutrition class last week.  

 

B- English muffin, egg and cheese 

S- watermelon and a cheese string 

L- egg saled (2 eggs, celery, onion and a bit of light mayo) with whole wheat bread (2 pieces) 

S- apple and pb 

D- steak and corn and source Greek yogurt for dessert 

S- almond and a red pepper 

Its So hit I've already drank my water and I did groceries which took me 2 hours with my 3.5 year old. 

Haven't put it all in my fitness pal yet but about 1600 calories
