I had a centrum chewable one. I think they were orange. As for calcium citrate I bought the bariatrics advantage from the pharmacy at there hospital. Many flavours - I had chocolate and caramel. I did 2 pkgs of those and then switch to pills. No trouble swallowing not quite a month later.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I used the centrum chewable too.  I actually remember at that time kinda getting really excited about them, like it was a treat.........lol I know it's pathetic but true

I take a pre natal vitamin. I did get mine from the states. Nutra Supreme brand. They are chewable. My nurse recommended them because they also contain a good amount of iron in them. They are a berry flavor.

Best of luck with your up and coming surgery,  let us know how it goes.

Thanks everyone for your replies! I just purchased three months worth from the site Skotti put up. Anyone have any suggestions for the expected hair loss?? That scares the ever living CRAP out of me!!!

Hey EmAlways!,

Hair loss is inevitable. We all experience to some degree. Even us guys do... well I know this guy did. It was patchy looking under my slicked down hair.

It will get better in time.

Would I give up not having the surgery over hair loss.... not a chance. People looked at me when I was super morbidly obese, so if they wanna see my now skinnier body that has some thinning hair... they are more than welcome to.

:)

Cheers,

Skotti
