Got my orientation date

Looks like I'm on at TWH on October 5th...anyone from the forum have the same?  Is this a group session or a 1-on-1 thing?  Any advice on what I should be aware of?

Orientations are a group session... you will get the next 3 dates for appointments there as well..  Congratulations.. you are on your way!!!

Not much to prepare for really, you will get lots of informations as well as a list of bloodwork that you will need to take to your doctor. Make sure he or she indicates the vitamin D test is covered by OHIP- it is usually a paid test but it's covered for bariatric patients. And as mentioned, you will get your next 3 appointments. :)

I am going through Windsor. It was a group session. Lots of info. I only got one appointment date. Sept 15 nurse appointment. It was great.
