Has anyone heard from Simon?

I can't remember his full OH name, and I think he was going through Guelph.  Just wondered if anyone heard how he is doing.

Do you remember when his surgery was?

Late December or early January. I scrolled through the archives. It was SFAYAD. 

Funny I saw some of your old posts and it made me wonder how you are doing as well! 

Simon's doing well! His surgery was January 25th and mine was the 26th. We both suffered the same complication- a post operative bleed. We e-mailed back a forth to keep up with each other's progress. He recovered a little faster than i did. Unfortunately, I haven't been back to work because of the symptoms of anemia and the shock to my system, as well as an ulcer and gastritis- but I'm scheduled to go back September 12th. :)

WOW, sorry to hear of your complications, I can't imagine what you've been going through!

Glad to hear that Simon is doing well, and that you too, are on the mend and able to return to work!  I know being off 6 weeks made me antsy, although I wasn't suffering as you must have been!
