Good morning Barb, Good luck with the tournament. Work today. Another busy day. I find the days much better when I am busy. Didn't end up swimming yesterday. I was working away and forgot to watch the time. By the time I looked at a clock it was too late. Transit has been a mess last two days so I have been getting in more walking. Tuesday I walked about 2 km home. Yesterday I was go late my DH came and picked me up after I had only walked part of the way. Frankly TTC is not the better way
DH is either making short ribs again or side ribs. I have put side ribs in my menu

Morning all. Good luck at the tournament Barb. Looks like a nice day out there. I'll be heading out in a bit and run some errands, then work at 5. No Zumba tonight, so i'll try to walk the stairs at work more.
Woke up early as the shark paid me a visit today and the cramps were just telling me to get up, so i'm really sleepy and tired. Hope they go away soon.
2 1/2 yrs post op
B - 3oz white fish (i had a whole fish in the freezer, never had it before. Didn't like it as it's tasteless and really boney), 1/4 cup curried lima beans.
L - 2 boiled eggs mashed, 1/2 high fibre tortilla
S - silk unsweetened
D - 3oz roast beef, 1/4 cup curried lima beans
S - 1 cottage cheese cake muffin, 1/2 tbsp pb.
Calories: 792, carbs 38, fat 42, protein 80. Will likely at some protein somewhere.

Life is too short to deal with whole/bony fish! I generally just get the single serve fillets and try to buy only wild caught.

Lol betty thats too funny. The thing with me is i like the bones and i chew them and only buy fish head because of the bones, but this fish was too much. I even buy a bag of bones (beef, pork, chicken) and just eat the marrow and chew the living lights out of the bones. I save a lot of money by buying just bone.
Just running errands today, nothing exciting.
