What are you eating/doing today ( Wednesday )
Good morning!
Day 3 of the 21 day fix- Lower body and I hate it but I got it done.
Protein shake for breakfast, but still hungry so I decided to have some oatmeal for a mid-morning snack. I only have a salad with some homemade meatballs for lunch so I know I'd be starving if I didn't eat something else- and starving at 3 leads to unhealthy choices when I get home.
As usual, I don't know what is for supper- but sadly I'm fairly certain it won't be a healthy choice. We have bible study on Wednesdays so by the time I get home from work, it has to be fast.

Thank you! I'm trying. It's different this time than other times as I'm not even focussed on the scale. I know that number will drop after surgery. I just want to make sure I get to goal and stay there.

Good morning Barb, I find pasta/rice sits bad as well. But I still continue to taste it anyway. Especially rice. I could eat just rice for dinner pre wls.
Got a good nights sleep last night and feel much better. Easier to deal with the constant crisis.
Work today. Hope to go swimming at lunch. Home tonight.
