I'm pre-op but I'm going to start following these posts so I can have ideas. Hoping to get the appt to meet the surgeon after my last appointment in September.
Not sure if it will happen but I'd love to have my surgery by the end of the year.

Today I am procrastinating on packing... I've put it off all week and I'm leaving in the morning.
My brother and I have been working on a puzzle and it is almost done. I thought it had been a good distraction from eating but I'm up another two pounds. With going away I'm afraid I will gain even more. I need a mental adjustment to reset back to "before life happened"...
Breakfast - Greek yogurt

Lunch - ham, tomato

Morning all. OMG, it's so humid. Boring day today as i have to work at 2pm. Then home at 9.
2 1/2 yrs post op
B - Coffee 5%, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice thick cut bacon, 1/2 dream bagel with cc
L - 3oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup zoodles
S - 100 cal bag popcorn
D - 2oz pork, 1/4 cup butternut squash
S - 1/2 protein bar
Calories: 761, carbs 40, fat 39, protein 77
I may add some protein to bring up numbers.

Late to the party today. Was up and at em this morning had to give a friend a lift and then we went for breakie. Steak and egg and have half a steak for my supper. No other food planned too hot to eat. Heading camping now for the weekend. Had to throw the dogs pool in the trailer so they can stay cool!
