RNY  7 Years 4 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Heading north this morning to golf with friends. I need a change of  scenery!

STEPS  :  6648

EATS 

B  -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

L  -  Panera pick 2 - chicken noodle soup and Thai chicken salad 

D - 4 oz salmon with a few tomato slices and tzatziki 

S -  source greek yogurt 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,151,  Carbs  -  86 Grams,   Protein  -  88 Grams,   Fibre -  11 Grams

All water and vits

Good morning everyone.  I was in the middle of posting and then my computer decided to start updating, grrrrrrr.

I hear you on a change of scenery Birdie.  This little vacation that DH  and I are taking can't come soon enough.  Now my computer keeps going into sleep mode.  I will finish quickly.

Today it's swimming, packing, chores, errands and then on the road we go.  Have a good weekend everyone.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Good morning!  Working a half day today because they are coming to fix my microwave today!  Parts have finally arrived!  Off tomorrow because I can't take this afternoon off and go back in tomorrow....who does that?? LOL

Eats today:

Breakfast - 1/2 turkey sandwich with cheese on weigh****cher bread

S - yogurt

L - The Tony Soprano ( The Ultimate Calzone)

Double Stuffed & Baked Large and in Charge with Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Spicy Salami, Peppers, Onions and Mouthwatering Mozzarella

So I might have mentioned Thursday is $10 lunch from a local caterer.  In my totals I have 1 oz of each of the meats and cheese and a little onions and peppers - 277 cal, 5 gr carbs, 22 gr protein (hopefully this is fairly accurate).  Won't eat the outside, and will have leftovers for a couple days I'm sure!

S - devilled egg

D - shepperds pie

MFP Totals for the day 792 Calories, 40 carbs, Protein 80

Okay, I originally was going to have a cabbage roll for dinner but the carbs were 30 grams in one roll (just picked one off of MFP because I get mine from the Ukranian Club in my area, they sell them every week by the tray, so I really don't know the true nutrition)  I can't imagine there's that much rice to push the carbs up so high BUT not willing to take the chance, will leave them for hubby.

Morning all. Nothing much to report here. All quiet on my front. Travel safe Barb and CC. 

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 1/2 pork trotter, 1/4 cup romano beans

S - 2 tbsp jalapeño cream cheese, 1 celery stalk

L - 2oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup sautéed onions and peppers

S - boiled egg, 1 cup unsweetened cashew

D - 2oz lamb chops, 1/3 cup butternut squash, 1/4 cup green beans

S - whatever is leftover during the day, 1/2 mission one protein bar

Calories: 841, carbs 37, fat 41, protein 87
