appointment timeline

hello everyone,

I finally had my first appointment on July 27th with the  nurse, I will be doing everything for Hamilton. 

I just wanted to see what everyone's timelines were and I had a question regarding the timeline of one of my appointments. i will be seeing the SW, NUT and physcologist in early September. I also got a call that I have an appointment with the internist end of September but my gastrocopy appointment is not until the end of October, will the internist appointment get moved? I was looking on the site and it seems like this appointment is after all the test have been completed.

any insight is greatly appreciated :) 

I'm also having surgery in less than two weeks at St. Joe's in Hamilton.  My scope appt. was also much later than the others so my family doctor referred me to the clinic in Ancaster, the wait was only four days.  I also needed a barium swallow since I am having a lapband removed, that appt. was also months ahead at the hospital.  So, I was able to get an appt. the next day at an x-ray and ultrasound clinic.  Those "outside" appointments helped move things along.  Hopefully you can get October's appt. moved up before you see the internist.
