I was in the states recently and stocked up on the Lite and Fit GREEK.....they are AMAZING!!!!  Have you ever tried freezing them ??

Morning all. Woke up earlier than usual because i couldn't sleep last night. I was tired but couldn't sleep deep enough. I will be heading out soon for my walk and then Zumba and strength class this evening. Other than that, nothing else planned. Good luck at the tournament Barb.

S - 1oz Monterey Jalapeño cheese, 2 brenton crackers

L - 1/3 cup extra lean ground chicken, 1/2 high fibre mission tortilla, .5oz light feta

S - lunch leftovers, 1 cup silk unsweetened 

D - 2oz grilled lamb, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup baked butternut squash

S - 2oz chicken breast, 1 cottage cheese cake

Calories: 859, carbs 32, fats 52, protein 87
