What are you eating/doing today ( Tuesday)
Morning all. Woke up earlier than usual because i couldn't sleep last night. I was tired but couldn't sleep deep enough. I will be heading out soon for my walk and then Zumba and strength class this evening. Other than that, nothing else planned. Good luck at the tournament Barb.

S - 2oz chicken breast, 1 cottage cheese cake
