Golf tournament this morning followed by a party afterwards. Supposed to be another heat warning today so taking a cart. Will still get 12-13,000 steps in regardless.

S on golf course - Jack links teriyaki jerky 100 calorie pack
L - 1 glass of wine or 1 draft beer
4 oz salmon
1 cup mixed salad
D - 5 oz longos meatballs
Half cup of tomato sauce
2 TB of parmesan
S - source greek yogurt with half cup of wild blueberries
