RNY  7 Years 4 Months Post Op 

Morning

Full day ahead with some fun and some boring things.  That's life right?

STEPS  :  4892

EATS 

B  -  4 oz of leftover grilled trout 

L  -  at a friends so unsure of what's on the menu.  I have 400 calories worth of tuna salad and berries in my totals.  Here's hoping

D -  5 oz veal parmesan 

      Caprese salad made with grape tomatoes,  mini bo****ini and 1 TB of Newman's dressing 

S -  Liberte Greek and half cup of fresh wild blueberries 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories -  1,314,  Carbs  -  65 Grams,   Protein  -  110  Grams

Yup that's life Birdie.  

Had a really fun weekend listening to live music at the downtown festival all 3 days.  Free music, sun, fun and friends.  

Today it's back to reality.  This morning is swimming, then chores, chores, and more chores.  This is the price I pay for slacking off all weekend.

My menu today is soft, protein rich, and low carb.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Glad you have fun CC. I could here the music from my apartment after i got in from work and i was so tired on Sunday to go. Hope you enjoyed for both of us.

Morning!

17 weeks post op

Nothing exciting today, put in 8 hours at work and then home.....BORING

Weekend was good, went fishing with boys on Saturday and first cast I caught the first fish!!  Ha ha, they won't take me fishing again!

B - premier protein RTD

S - Lite & Fit Yogurt

L - 2.5 oz pulled chicken, 1/2 cup of greek salad

S - devilled egg, babybel cheese wheel

D - chicken stir fry

I have room to add another snack if needed, we'll see.

Cal - 643, Carbs 23, Protein 90

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good for you re the fish!  I took fly fishing lessons several years ago and belong to a fishing club ( trout and bass fishing).  Just difficult to find the time for all the things you want to do.  Golf takes up most of my leisure time.

Should come bass fishing with me, Charlie says I am a competitive bass fisherman and should go in tournaments, no time to net them, just haul them in the boat :)

Great on the fishing. Did you get to keep the fish, or was it a catch and release?
