Relaxing this morning followed by a memorial this afternoon. Good day for me to cut the carbs.

Caprese salad 3/4 cup mixed heirlooms with 2 TB of dressing and 3 mini bo****ini mozzarella

L - 2 oz deli turkey on a half flat out wrap with some onion and a little mustard
S - devilled egg
D - chicken sausage, greek salad, broccoli salad (just a forkful).
Having a barbecue for my Momma's 75th birthday today. The whole fam should be here, about 20 of us, give me strength, and a little patience!!

Good morning all, nice day to do nothing. Happy birthday to your mom Ginny. Had a pretty decent 2 days at work. They must have sensed that i wasn't in a good mood and they behaved all weekend and no police were called once, lol. Not sure what to do today but i know i will go to Zumba at 5:30.

L - chicken thigh, 1/4 cucumbers
S - 1/2 cup ground chicken
D - chicken thigh, 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/8 cup corn meal

Ok, i think i have to revise the menu, too much chicken going on here. I will probably change the dinner chicken to some other red meat.
Calories: 746, carbs 38, fat 34, protein 87 (that's with the all chicken menu)
